The water tank is empty or not seated correctly.
Refill the tank and make sure it's seated firmly.
Descaling needed
Mineral buildup detected — the machine needs descaling to keep running efficiently.
Run the built-in descaling cycle with a standard descaling solution.
Boiler overheat protection
The machine has detected a boiler temperature above safe operating range and has stopped heating automatically.
1. Turn off and unplug; let cool for at least 30 minutes. 2. Check the water tank is not empty and the inlet valve is not blocked. 3. Plug in and restart. If this recurs, stop use and contact support.
Drip tray full
The drip tray has reached its fill line.
Empty and rinse the drip tray. No further action needed.
